A 10 acre lake set in over 17 acres of mature surroundings.
Only 8 anglers per week

During March 2003 we built our first Utopia lodge situated only a couple
of metres from its own private swim.

Beds to sleep 2 people
English plugs for charging phones or bait boats
Separate toilet and wash facilities
All this for £450 for 2 anglers per week, fishing included.
Six Berth Static Caravan:
We now have the a great alternative to sleeping rough or a great excuse
to bring your friends with our very own 6 berth static caravan.
Single Sink + Drainer etc.
Book early to avoid disapointment. Full pricing on request, but the norm
would be £550 for 2 anglers per week, with fishing included.
